More Elite Guard Crap

So, I'm still reading Imagining the Tenth Dimension, but I have a bunch of EGB stuff to do.

First off, I need to appoint new officers. We need people for:

Barracks Recruitment Officer
Barracks Records Officer (this is an easy one)
Barracks NGPD Laison
Other Barracks Laison positions
We also need a position for Slash and for what he does (FAQ maintenance and forum administration)

Other than that, I've set up a Ventrilo server for the EGB to chat on!
Get the client from www.ventrilo.com
The server is called eagleworld.net
The port is the default (3784)
Just get a microphone and join up!

I'll keep everyone posted on my EGB stuff. Chapter 10 should be done soon, so I'm going to concentrate on that today.

You need to hurry up and make this official already... I mean no disrespect sir, that's just my thoughts on the situation. I'm sure most of us have the same opinion.

It was made official a while ago, as we appointed the Recruitment officer, two Records Officers, and the NGPD Laison. Check the thread to see the appointments.

It's up. My Linux server doesn't go down except for power outages. I never shut off the vent server, there just might not be people online. PossiblePancakes frequents it, as do I when I can. If you can, log on occasionally just to see if anyone's connected, as it'll make the likelihood of getting a group of people on much higher.

I already did the appointments, sorry. But don't worry, because I appoint officers by what they do, not by what they request. Slash, for example, does the FAQ, greets new members, etc, making him perfect for the Recruitment Officer role.

As long as you contribute to the Barracks, there's a very small probability that you won't get some kind of role here.
