I was quite impressed by your first flash! At first, I thought the flash looked like it was going to be good, but was surprisingly presented with a legend! I have a feeling that if you keep this kind of stuff up, you'll be gracing front-page Newgrounds on a regular basis!
Your animation style is definitely your strongest point. While the characters were quite simple (and they were even crude at some points), the way you animated them was absolutely flawless and looked absolutely great. In fact, I feel the simple graphics gave it a charm that was refreshing and really made you pay attention to the flash more than just go, "Ooh, pretty flash effects!"
The actual premise of the flash was another slam-dunk. At first, I wasn't sure what I was getting into (the Street Fighter II select screen coupled with Super Smash Bros. music was deceiving). When I actually clicked on a selection, I thought maybe the video that was playing was a lead-in video to the actual game. Turns out your animations were quite interesting (and hilarious), and I think I prefer this over a game.
If I had to give recommendations for next time, I would definitely say to keep with this style of flash. The "battle royale" or "brawl-style" fighting flash seems very natural for you, and was definitely excellent to watch. I would love to see more flash like this, maybe a Newgrounds Battle Royale or something. I'm sure there's plenty of random beat-people-up flash you could make, even something like a "Choose-your-own-adventure" style game where you choose what happens when, and determine who wins a big brawl. Who knows?
Either way, I'm glad you made this flash, and was happy to vote/review it. I'll be watching this again soon and showing my friends. Here's a congrats to you for a great job, and hoping to see more flash in the future!

I tried the game, and it looks beautiful. I personally would love to have played this game through and given it a great score, maybe even favorited it. However, it looks like the game does not work.
I tried to play level 1 of the plant game, and tried to find the right conditions for the game. I ended up trying 111, 222, 333, and 444 to see if I could find any of the conditions. However, I could get any conditions matched no matter what I did. I even tried the game in two web browsers (Internet Explorer and Firefox) to no avail.
It looks like it could be an actionscript issue with the game that can be easily patched up. Once it is, you can try resubmitting it, when I would be more than willing to give you a great score!
Good luck!

Quality animations, funny jokes, PERFECT timing. Really, what more can I say? The only recommendation I have is to keep making flash, as your stuff is great! Thanks for the great submit!

This flash got better and better as the time went on. The plot was just stupid enough to be extra funny, and the massive fight scene that arose from it was quite epic. The ending was also very worth the trip in.
The characters were obviously very simple, but the animation was done extremely well. The flash looked very clean and is definitely a winner. Great job!

I am not a condoner of spam, and I am one of the people that hates it when people spam the Portal. However, I do not condone insta-blamming flash either, nor biased voting (be it 5 or 0). I believe you should vote fairly on every flash, despite who or what group submits it, or based on any previous biases.
That being said, the flash made me laugh about the whole spam thing. The flash quality wasn't the best, but it certainly wasn't poor, so I gave it a 5/10. Thanks for the laugh!

Glad I made somebody laugh without telling them what I do for a living....

I must admit that when I first clicked to watch this flash, I was not expecting much. I was picturing in my head a poor-quality flash that I would not like. However, I was unexpectedly greeted with a funny flash that lived up to its name.
The pre-movie intro was actually funnier than I expected it to be, as it looked to be like one of those cliche, annoying "click the button" flashes. However, it was quite different, and the "ow, that hurt" joke got me to laugh.
Your three little shorts were very random, and very "WTF." Keeping with the unexpected, I found myself laughing every time the big twist came about. Even though, after the first surprise, I was expecting something wierd to happen, you still kept it interesting and funny.
Lastly, I must compliment you on the animations in your flash. The flash had very smooth animations that were pleasing to the eye. Even when you hit "replay," the "cracked" screen that falls down before restarting the flash was great eye-candy.
I certainly hope you plan on making more "WTFs," as I would definitely like to see more. Keep up the good work!

It's great to see our friend Jimmy Chiu back in action! As a long-time fan of Jimmy's movies, it's great to see you're making a podcast! I think using Newgrounds for a form of animated podcasts is a novel idea, and as long as you can keep the humor coming, it'll do very well.
Hope to see the next podcast soon!

First off, it was pretty decent for a sidescroller. I didn't think it was the best I've seen, but I did have fun playing it, and think it was a good submission. The only real issue I had was the images that you used. Tigger especially didn't look that good, because his graphic was squashed. However, the actionscript was good, and there was no glaring issues with playing the game, so I have to say it was good.
I'd like to see more of these games from you, as I'm sure with a bit of time and work you can make some really good Flash games. Good luck!

I think you did a particularly good job with this rant, illwillpress. I know you get a lot of criticism for your flash, but this was a great topic, and great commentary! I was actually talking about this fake Indie film crap with friends over the weekend, so you really hit the mark. Keep it up!

I was initially thrown off by the title (it sounded as if it was an insulting flash), but was pleasantly surprised when I played around with the game for a while. The game is very good for what it is: a simple gadget that let's you make funny-looking faces, which you can print off and share with your friends.
The game itself is a very simple one. Normally, a game like this wouldn't do well, but what makes it stand out is the art-style of the author. Not only does he make hilarious body-parts (which make for hilarious faces), but the hand-drawn style is very attractive and does well to make the flash more enjoyable. In fact, when you print it off, it looks more like a hand-drawn sketch than one you print from a Flash game. The black-and-white style helps enforce this idea, but it also make the game look nicer overall.
While the game isn't one that will keep you from playing your MMORPGs all day, it's great when you want to annoy someone with stupid portraits on their desk (or caricatures, if you are so inclined), and is a good Flash to keep in your reserves when you're bored one day.
