[To the portal: day 1]

Not bad

I mean it was kinda lame, but at least the AS was good. The animation was clean, but kind of plain.

I protected your post, but I would expect Day 2 to have a bit more beef in it. I think the whole idea of a flash file traveling to the portal through random areas makes me laugh though.

The game, also, is very easy. I'm just trying to throw out ideas to help you out.

Interesting

Not your general flash submittal...I enjoyed it.

I'd try to improve on the graphics, though. I'm not insulting, I'm just trying to add some constructive criticism. Your gameplay is not bad at all, just try to make the stuff look cleaner, and NGers will eat it up!

Haha, yeah I'm a lazy bastard.

I'm making a third version (this was second) with a changing background, glowing ball on coin hit, powerups, more precise 3vil things, and a leetness bar that actually does something.
Plus whatever else I can think of. With this I was just desperate to get the damn thing released, after going blind in the process of making the engine.

I noticed you took my suggestion about being able to select weapons with keys...makes life a lot easier.

I haven't been this excited about a flash in a long time. Not a game you usually find on NG, and one I certainly love! Superb work!

[1 Hour Challenge 2]

Nice Game Idea

I like the whole competition, it's great!

If I had to choose a winner, it'd have to be sword battle...but it doesn't work! Something with the variables got screwed up and no stats go through with the game.

So, therefore, the winner is...Escape Artist!

Keep these challenges up, I love em!

Interesting

I like the whole idea...there's a few things I don't like though:

The weapon doesn't recharge nearly as fast as it should. It just gets annoying after a while.

Also, the bombs are a bit hard to evade, but I guess I should be complaining about that.

Either way, it's a great idea, it just needs a bit of tweaking.

If you read into it more you'll find that it recharges faster if you don't drain it completely, once you do, you must wait until it recharges fully again, then it will recharge fast once more.

It's a good Tetris game...

I LOVE that techno Tetris song...

Only thing is that your "new game" button doesn't work. It doesn't clear the tetrads from the play area...

...other than that, great game!
